Outside Colombia

What if I am not in Colombia?

These lines are Colombian and answer only inside Colombia. If you are somewhere else, look for the crisis line or the emergency number where you live; almost every country has one. I do not name services in other countries here, because I cannot verify them one by one.

Emergencies

Is this an emergency service?

No. Therapy here is by appointment, and this is not a 24-hour crisis service: between sessions there is no open line and no immediate reply. In a mental-health emergency, go to your nearest emergency department or call one of the lines above, which exist for exactly that.
